05/28/2020Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts announced in a press release (https://governor.nebraska.gov/press/gov-ricketts-announces-new-directed-...) on May 21, 2020, that barbershops, salons, and massage therapy services may resume business operations June 1, 2020, in Phase 2 per the directed health measures. This applies to all counties except Dakota, Hall, Hamilton, and Merrick.
